Kanak Vrindavan

Royal garden in the Kanak valley — Amer road, below Nahargarh.

Kanak Vrindavan is the garden in the valley between Jal Mahal and Amer, laid out by Jai Singh II around the Govind Dev Ji temple that stood here before the deity moved to the City Palace, and restored in the 1990s; the lawns, the pavilions and the Natwar Ji temple make it a picnic ground and a wedding setting.
