Kishanpole Bazaar runs north from Ajmeri Gate to Chhoti Chaupar, and it was the bazaar of the woodworkers and lac workers. Carved wooden furniture, lacquered boxes and toys, and the tie-dye (bandhani and leheriya) trade are its goods, with the furniture shops at the Ajmeri Gate end.
It is one of the less-visited bazaars and keeps more of a local character; the shops sell to Jaipur households as much as to visitors.
