Street Food & Chaat

Golgappa, aloo tikki, dahi bhalla, kulcha and the evening stalls of Raja Park, Bapu Bazaar and the station side.

Jaipur’s street food is North Indian chaat with a Rajasthani accent: golgappa, aloo tikki, dahi bhalla, papdi chaat, kulcha and chhole, and the local kachoris and mirchi vadas. The Raja Park market is the city’s evening chaat street; Bapu Bazaar and the Sanganeri Gate side feed the bazaar crowds; and the stalls near the railway station run from morning.

The sweet houses sell chaat too, from a counter at the front, which is where the city’s families eat it.
