Lassiwala on MI Road is the lassi of Jaipur: the small counter of Kishan Lal Govind Narain Agarwal at No. 312, opposite Natraj, has sold thick sweet lassi in clay kulhads with a layer of malai since the 1940s, and the queue is there every morning. Two neighbouring shops carry near-identical names; this is the original, and it closes when the day’s curd runs out, usually by the afternoon.
