Rawat Misthan Bhandar on Station Road, near Sindhi Camp, is the shop that made the pyaaz kachori a Jaipur emblem: the queue at the counter from morning to night is for the onion kachori hot from the pan, and the mawa kachori, the sweet syrup-dipped one, is its other speciality. The sweet counter and a dining room are behind.
It is a few minutes from the station and the bus stand, which is why it is the first and last stop of many visits.
